15+ years in commercial and residential construction, including experience with larger companies. Now independent, I work directly with clients who want clear communication, realistic expectations and steady, reliable work, not layers of people and mixed messages.

Clients deal directly with the owner from the first conversation to the last day on site. No oversell or big promises. If the project is a fit, it moves forward. If it isn’t, that’s said upfront...no handoffs, and no pressure tactics. If you want someone who shows up, communicates, and gets it done, we can talk.
